Buck Browser for Android
Browse on your phone with built-in ad and tracker blocking, private tabs and encrypted bookmark pairing with your desktop.
Install on Android
The direct APK supports Android 10 or later on ARM64 devices. Get the current APK from the official downloads, open it and follow Android’s installation confirmation. If prompted, allow installation from the browser used to download it.
Updates retain the application signing key and browser data. Preserve application data when updating. Check your Android version and device architecture if Android cannot install the package.
Use protection and private tabs
Open Buck Protection from the browser menu to manage ad and tracker blocking. You can pause protection for one website and keep your browser-wide preference. See the protection guide for troubleshooting.
Private tabs keep browsing history out of your regular local history. They do not hide activity from websites or the network you use. Manage camera, microphone and other permissions through browser Site settings and Android’s app permissions. The private browsing guide explains these boundaries.
Pair your phone and computer
Use Settings → Sync to pair Android with Windows or Linux through a six-word phrase. Bookmarks and folders are encrypted before leaving the device. There is no browser account to create. Follow the bookmark sync guide to start a group or add your phone.
Know which update channel you use
The Play Store edition uses Play Store for updates. Direct-download installations use Buck Browser’s update controls. Read release notes and the privacy policy for the differences in update checks and optional reporting.
